Science Connection was started by erstwhile biologist Anne Lambert, with help and advice from friends who were also biologists, birders, or science types, and with the essential involvement of her friend Roy Smith, who did the programming (in Progress) for the original Science Connection database. Anne is now Science Connection's programmer (and janitor, accountant, ad exec, etc.) and is starting a new website, greendonor.org, that provides info on who's doing what in nature conservation.

Kathleen and Donna complete the staff and handle the day-to-day operation of the network. Kathleen is a former bookstore owner and custom leather sandal/shoe maker, and Donna is a nature and fitness enthusiast and school administrator.

We also want to recognize Catherine, a SciCon mainstay from 1997 through 2006, and her canine associate, Toby. Catherine is a is now learning SAP in her new position as Training Developer with the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission. She's offered to help out on an occasional basis, when needed (yea!).
